Parque Manu Peru Tour Details
Manu Reserved Zone Tours / Cusco Manu National Park Tour

Our six day Parque Manu Peru Tour is one of the popular Manu Reserved Zone Tours from Cusco. Led by an English speaking local tour guide, you will be getting a deeper insight into life in the pristine areas of the Amazon Rainforest.

This Cusco Manu National Park Tour takes you deep into Manu Biosphere Reserve. You will have plenty of opportunities to spot animals, birds and get an insight to the life of locals living here.

In 1987, Manu National Park got its recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage site. This is a popular destination in the Peruvian Amazon due to its close proximity to Cusco and also because it is home to many amazon wildlife.

Manu National Park is among the major conservation units in the world. It is also the largest tropical jungle in the Americas. Manu preserves a complete virgin watershed that constitutes a tropical lowland forest at some 300 meters.

Manu is also home to the elfin and cloud forest on the eastern slope of the Andes that reaches up to the grasslands in Pauna at 4000 meters above sea level.

Our six days Cusco Manu National Park Tour offers a deeper insight into wildlife conservation and Amazonian traditions. You will get to see different species of birds, harpy eagles, different species of butterflies, animals, and mammals like giant river otters. Most of them are distinct to the region in South America.

There is no word to express my gratitude to Richard and his team who were amazing on my Amazon trip. It’s a vast region and there are many animals and birds and plants and trees in there. The guide as a local knew a lot about these things and was informal and good at explaining them. I can totally recommend them.
